The buying order. When in doubt, buy in this order: the things that prevent disasters (power, covered space), the things groups require to book at all (wifi, coffee, sound), then the things that raise the nightly rate (hot tubs, saunas, fire), and only then the showpieces (pools, chapels, greenhouses). Prevention → bookability → rate → wow.
